The case of the missing gravatar

Our minds were telling us we were not crazy, but the browser was saying the opposite. Gravatars worked for everyone but Jerritte on our bio pages. His Gravatar was updated, but it wasn’t showing here. We only saw him as the mystery man. He deleted his avatars on Gravatar and reloaded them and nothing happened. We reset the default icon on WordPress and nothing happened.

The one thing that worked: changing the email address on the WordPress user and then switching back.

Case solved.
